High Rise Drawstring Denim Shorts

At Mini & Main, we want you and your little ones to love your purchase. If you need to make a return or exchange, here is how it works.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return for store credit only.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that returns are initiated through the portal and instructions, including the shipping address will be provided upon approval. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same perfect condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke scents or pet hair will not be accepted.
• Jewelry, gift cards, and clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

How to submit a return request:

1. Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or returns page to request a return.
2. Sign in to your account: 
3. Enter your email address, and click "Continue".
4. Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email account.
5. "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. Select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Submit your "Request return".

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
I hand check each item before shipping. While mistakes happen, I might occasionally miss something. If an item is received damaged, take a picture and email it to chat@miniandmain.com within 24 hours from the date you received your order. All damages must be reported within 24 hours. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at chat@miniandmain.com.. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a store credit only.
